Delivery charges may apply for locations outside our immediate service area. Contact us for specific delivery charges.

You are not required to provide anything. We supply the full setup, which includes the charcoal fire pit, umbrella, serving table, chafing dishes (to keep the lamb warm), and all biodegradable plates and utensils.

For one whole lamb, we typically require an open or semi-open area equivalent to one standard car park space.

All our whole lamb and leg of lamb products are sourced from Fatric (M) Sdn. Bhd., a Halal-certified importer.

Important Note : Our company does not hold a formal Halal certification (e.g., JAKIM) for our preparation facility. However, we maintain a very stringent food safety and hygiene practice at all time.

  • All preparation staff hold a valid Food Handling Certificates from Al Barakah Training Solution Sdn. Bhd., an institution accredited by the Ministry of Health (KKM).
  • All preparation staff are fully vaccinated against Typhoid.
  • And to our best knowledge, there's no non-halal ingredients are used in our marinades, spices, or cooking processes.

Order Confirmation and Payment

  • An order is confirmed only upon our receipt of full payment. Until payment is received, your requested date and items are considered provisional and subject to availability.

Ordering Lead Time

  • We require a minimum of 3 business days' notice, subject to availability. Last-minute orders are accepted subject to our capacity and availability.

Our policy is based on the notice period given. All refunds and vouchers are based on the full amount paid.

More than 5 Days Notice (Full Refund)

  • You are entitled to a full 100% refund.

Less than 5 Days Notice

  • Cancellation : You will receive an 80% refund and a 10% discount voucher for your next order (valid for 6 months).
  • Postponement: You may postpone your event date within a 6-month period. Your payment will be transferred in full to the new date.

Less than 24 Hours' Notice:

  • No monetary refund is available.
  • You may postpone your event within a 6-month period.
  • If you are unable to rebook within 6 months, as a gesture of goodwill, you will receive an 80% discount voucher for a future order (valid for 6 months from issuance, non-transferable).
